The official IRC channel is #Torrents on the irc.torrent-damage.net network.

If you use Windows, you can use the mIRC client to connect.

Please use your Torrent-Damage username when you connect to the server.
You may register the username on the IRC server, by issueing the following command:
/msg nickserv help register
This will show you info on how to register it.

If u already have registered your nick, u can use the following command to identify yourself:
/msg nickserv help identify
This will give u all necessary information.
